Delivery Policy

Reindeer & Castle only delivers within Australia.

 

Delivery fees and times will vary for different products. They are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and its destination. The delivery price for each order will be emailed to you once your order has been placed and you will be given the opportunity to pay online via Paypal.

 

We do not accept liability for any loss, theft or damage to the products after delivery.

 

We work with a number of delivery partners including Australia Post. Your order will be delivered to the delivery address provided by you.

 

We cannot deliver to PO boxes. 

We recommend you provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours. Orders sent by Regular Post cannot be tracked and will not be considered for re-sending or refund should the parcel go missing.

 

Approximate Shipping Costs:

 

Approximate cost  to major Australian cities for packed items weighing under 500grams is $ 8.50.

Up to 2Kg : approx  $12 within Victoria and $20 for most other states.
