Return and Refund Policy


If you are not satisfied with your purchase  of a Reindeer & Castle  product, please contact us  and lodge a Refund or Return request within 30 days of the receipt of the product. Your request will be considered within 7 business days, and if successful, you will be issued with a Return Acceptance Notice.


The product must be returned to Reindeer & Castle  with a copy of the Return Acceptance Notice within 10 business days of receipt of the notice. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging, including any accessories, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.


After we have received your item and accompanying Return Acceptance Notice, confirmed it is in ‘as-new’ condition, we will issue you with a store credit of the purchase price less the initial delivery fees. If you have purchased an item using a free shipping offer and returned it because you have changed your mind, we will deduct the actual shipping cost to us from your store credit. If we cannot be satisfied that you purchased the product from us then we will not accept your product for return. 


Please note that Reindeer & Castle does not permit the return of :


  • A product that has been damaged

  • A product that has been opened or used, washed or laundered.


Please do not send us any items you wish to return without contacting us to make a return request. We will not refund or accept the return of any product that does not have an accompanying Return Acceptance Notice.


Please note if returning an item, we recommend  that you use a carrier offering tracking and insure your package to its full value in case of loss or damage during transit.


If you choose not to follow these recommendations, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.


Damaged items: Unfortunately, and despite our best efforts, items are occasionally damaged in transit. If you notice that an item is damaged when it is delivered to you, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with clear digital photos showing the damage. Our customer care team will then contact you.
